Terms of Service

By creating an account, downloading the app or using the website you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines and the Content Policy.

If you are using Saundarya on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, capable of entering a contract under Indian law, and not barred from receiving our services under applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify support@saundarya.app immediately of any unauthorised access.

Saundarya is a marketplace that connects customers with independent beauty, grooming and wellness providers. Saundarya is not a provider of these services and is not a party to the service contract between you and the provider.

Ratings, availability and pricing shown in the app are provided by partners and may change at any time.

Bookings are confirmed once payment or deposit is authorised. Full pricing, taxes and any deposit are shown before checkout.

Cancellations follow the Refund Policy. Provider-side cancellations always trigger a full refund.

You agree that payment disputes are first raised via in-app support before any card chargeback.

You will not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, scrape data, reverse-engineer AI models, or use the platform to harass, defame or discriminate against any user or provider.

You will comply with the Community Guidelines and Content Policy when posting reviews, photos or comments.

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, reviews, videos). You grant Saundarya a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the service.

We may remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.

The Saundarya name, logo, app, website, software, AI models and training data are the exclusive property of Saundarya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by Indian and international IP laws.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Beauty, grooming and wellness outcomes depend on many factors outside our control; results shown in try-on previews are simulations, not guarantees.

Saundarya is not a medical service. AI skin, hair or nail analyses are informational only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saundarya's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the greater of INR 5,000 or the fees you paid to Saundarya in the six months preceding the claim.

Saundarya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify Saundarya against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, or infringement of any right of another person.

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, fraud, or a legal obligation, with notice unless prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, without prejudice to any consumer rights you have under mandatory local law.

Complaints under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 may be sent to our Grievance Officer at support@saundarya.app — response within 48 hours, resolution within 30 days.

We may update these Terms; material changes are notified 30 days in advance in-app and by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
