Good to know
Referral credits are usable only for services booked on Saundarya. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another wallet, or refunded to a card.
Up to 20 successful referrals per calendar month. Referrals from self-created secondary accounts or fraudulent bookings are automatically reversed.
Providers receive the customer's payment (credits + card) as one settlement in their next payout cycle — no distinction between credit-funded and card-funded revenue.
GST invoices reflect the gross service value. Credits appear as a discount line so both customer and provider records stay clean.
