Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full refund — cancellations made more than 4 hours before the booking start time.

50% refund — cancellations between 4 hours and 1 hour before the booking start time.

No refund — cancellations less than 1 hour before start, or no-shows. The deposit is retained by the partner for the reserved slot.

Provider-side cancellation — 100% refund plus a INR 100 credit to your Saundarya wallet as a service-recovery gesture.

Force-majeure (natural disaster, riot, government order) — 100% refund with no fees deducted.

7-day return window for unopened, unused items in original packaging.

Damaged, defective or wrong items — return raised within 48 hours of delivery from the order screen. We arrange free pick-up.

Hygiene-sensitive items (opened cosmetics, used tools, undergarments) are non-returnable except when defective on arrival.

Wallet credits earned via referrals or promotions are non-refundable to a bank account and non-transferable, but never expire while the account is active.

UPI & wallet refunds — instant to 24 hours.

Credit and debit cards — 3 to 7 business days, subject to the issuing bank.

Net banking — 5 to 10 business days.

We share the payment gateway reference ID as soon as the refund is initiated so you can track it with your bank.

Open the booking or order in the app → Help → Request refund. Support responds within 24 hours.

Or email support@saundarya.app with your booking ID and reason.

If a refund request is unresolved after 15 days, escalate to our Grievance Officer at support@saundarya.app. We commit to a final response within 30 days as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
